Answer: This is genuine cowhide top grain leather. -

Answer: The thickness is 3 mm. -

How's this hold up with water? Like a bracelet wrap that you leave on in the shower?
Answer: I have taken a shower with the necklace I made from it for over a year and the color still holds up and no weakness in the leather. -

Any issues with make straps for grill tools? All my stock leather loops have dry rotten and I need a way to 'hang' the tool from the grill hook.
Answer: I used mine to make loops for my garden tools and it worked great. -

Is this leather string soft and pliable, or is it rough and stiff?
Answer: This is excellent leather cord IMHO. Very pliable....the real deal. This is the only REAL leather cord I have been able to find. Nice size too. BTW, it arrived in about 7 days instead of the estimated 30+ days shipping time. -

Can I use this on a regular sewing machine for tote bag handles?
Answer: I think you probably could use a thicker version of it for the tote bag handles, you would just have to choose the width and thickness. I could not really say about using a sewing machine. I can only add that it is supple, at least for how I used the size to made some hat chin straps. Although I do believe you could. -

Answer: The cord is 4mm thick. -

Are these leather strips good for sewing sheepskin leather to an antique rocking chair back?
Answer: Why not? They are tough raw hide. -

Can this be used for a guitar strap to tie the strap to the neck of the guitar?
Answer: Probably. I used this as shoelaces on my boots and it’s working great. -

Is this strong enough to be a drawer pull on a desk?
Answer: No, I would not recommend it be used as a drawer pull. -
Question:
Can I use this in shower to hang a back scrubber? New tile and worried about dye bleeding?
Answer: It is fake leather, just so you know. -

Is this 3mm x 3mm?
Answer: Yes it is, each side is identical in size.
