What is the recommended way to keep the water clean?
Answer: In order to avoid the scale, we recommend that you use the filter to keep the water clean. Please do not use sea water or salt water. -

Says everything you need... but no pump?
Answer: Correct no pump, it comes with the hose and power cord but you’ll need to connect it to a water source that has a pump. I used this in a waterfall for an in-ground pool and ran the flexible pipe to this unit from the pool pump. -

Can this be used with chlorinated water?
Answer: Hi, you could search for "PONDO 316 stainless steel spillway" which is suit for chlorinated water. -

Answer: Dear Customer, For both the back and bottom we have designed the inlet, you can choose one for the inlet and the other you can close. -

If I buy two waterfalls, can I use one remote control to control them
Answer: Yes, our several decoration LED light strips can be controlled via one remote control.(The distance between the LED light strips must be within 10m ) LED strips can be switched on and off at the same time. -

Answer: The water does not fall far from the edge of the spillway. You can adjust by moving the spillway in or out from the wall if your set up allows for it. -

Do stainless steel ones freeze in winter
Answer: Dear Customer, Stainless Steel has nothing to do with causing water to freeze. If it’s cold enough outside to freeze water, then it will freeze regardless of the container. -
