If you use charcoal for grilling or smoking, the Weber Char-Basket charcoal holders are a must-have tool. They will help you control your grilling on a new level, creating "hotspots" wherever you need them, and making your grill a little less messy. The baskets are sold as a pair and hold about 3/4 of a Weber chimney each. They fit 18.5'' charcoal models and larger, including the Weber Performer and the 26-inch Weber grill. They work great in the Jumbo Joe, and you can use them with a smoker box to hold wood chips and a pan of water. The grate sits right over the basket, giving you an amazing sear, and allowing you to have direct and indirect cooking zones. The baskets are made of aluminized steel and are about 12''x12''x12''. They are half the price of Weber rails, which are priced at an unbelievably high level of $49, so trying these instead is a good idea.
