The paint may not match perfectly with other white paints due to different pigments. It is recommended to reach out to the manufacturer for more information. The paint can be applied to clean, sanded original paint as a primer. It cannot be used on fiberglass without an epoxy primer. While it is possible to roll and brush with this paint, it has not been tested. It can be shipped to California, and no thinner is needed for painting a plastic bumper. However, a plastic adhesion promoter is required for raw plastic bumpers. It is recommended to use a primer compatible with the acrylic paint.
