  • Question: Did this help whiten up your eyes? I have severe dry eye which makes my eyes look bloodshot.

    Answer: Cliradex cleansers are for external use only. It will remove excess oils and biomaterials that are causing irritation. So indirectly, it will help remove the irritation. But this is not a 'whitener.'
  • Question: My eyeballs hurt for days after using this. my lids get red too. can i go blind from this stuff? i blot not rub when applying.

    Answer: If you have sensitive skin, avoid using Cliradex right after bathing, wipe gently with Cliradex, avoid direct contact with your eyes, and keep eyelids gently closed when using Cliradex. If your results don’t improve, then please do not continue to use Cliradex as you may have a skin allergy to essential oils.
  • Question: What would you recommend to wash off makeup prior to using these?

    Answer: A regular makeup remover will do.
  • Question: If using as a facial cleanse in AM can you apply moisturizer and or sunscreen after ?

    Answer: Allow the area to air dry before applying moisturizer and/or sunscreen.
  • Question: Can you use several times if you re-insert into package and store in plastic bag?

    Answer: It’s recommended to use one piece per day. If needed, cut it into 2-3 pieces so you can use each piece for 2-3 days. Do not use a Cliradex wipe that has been removed from the package and stored in a plastic bag.
  • Question: What is the concentration of tea tree oil, i.e.what percentage?

    Answer: The concentration of tea tree oil is not specified on the label.
  • Question: after applying do you wash it off?

    Answer: No need to wash it off. It will air dry within a minute.
