Question:
Will the blade open in pocket?
Answer: It's NOT impossible, but being a tip up blade carry in either the right or left pocket, the blade will rest up against the hem line of the pocket & that SHOULD discourage the blade from deploying. On my sample of one, the detent is NOT particularly stiff, but the blade will try to stay at rest in a folded position in the pocket. -
Question:
It just says 440 steel. is it a, b or c?
Answer: I don’t know, it’s not marked on the blade. It is a quality piece though, well worth the money. -
Question:
Does this knife have stainless steel liners inside the handles?
Answer: I cannot say for sure. The liners look more like plated steel than stainless. The knife is heavy duty and super easy to open. For the price it is a great knife to carry at work, which I do every day. If the knife is lost or stolen I'm not out $100 plus like other knives of the same quality. The side clip can be moved to either side of the knife and makes the knife very convenient to carry. -
Question:
What screw driver bit is needed to remove the screws holding the clip down?
Answer: Mini torx bit... get a miniature screwdriver set from home depot or Lowe's.
