However, rice does stick to the bottom after cooking, so it's necessary to let it sit for a while before cleaning. The rice maker burns the rice on the bottom and boils water too fast, resulting in a mess, according to some customers. The product is rated three out of five for its non-toxic feature, but it is inconvenient due to its consistent mess. Some customers had issues with the product, such as the On and Off button not working and the small size of the cooker.
