Answer: To be honest these run REALLY small....I usually wear a medium and I couldn’t even get them over my knee. I had to send them back and order an extra large. -

Answer: Pretty true to size but maybe err on larger. I got large and the thigh is good but shin is a bit big. I needed to get the Velcro strap shortened. -
