  • Question: Does the mute button activate Skype/Zoom mute function, or simple disconnect the mic?

    Answer: The headphones automatically connects to hear computer audio, but since zoom is its own separate program, you have to adjust the settings there in order for the headphones to work including the mute button. (On Zoom click the microphone icon on bottom left, select microphone [select usb audio device], select a speaker [select usb audio device])
  • Question: What's in the box, I would like to know if there is a storage bag

    Answer: No there isnt. I had to get one separately
  • Question: Can you answer/disconnect calls with this?

    Answer: yes you can.
  • Question: Do you have to continously hold the Mute button or does it have a 1 click mute/unmute feature?

    Answer: it has a hold mute button as well as volume +/- buttons. one click mute/unmute feature. besides this headset noise cancellation effect is very good.
  • Question: I would like to know if it is easy to carry on business trips？

    Answer: They come with a bag. Just make sure you don’t squish them by crushing them.
  • Question: Does this headset have adjustable gain for the microphone?

    Answer: I do not find any adjustments for the Mic. the volume does have adjustment buttons on the cord. You can mute the mic or the volume from the button set on the cord.
  • Question: Why so small and for one ear?

    Answer: Yes, on the small side, but the band across the head does expand. It is for both (2) ears.
  • Question: You need to post that it is for your left ear! i see it in the picture now but didn't notice that before i bought it!

    Answer: try flipping it and turning the mic, yes the microphone may not be directly in front of your mouth but with quality the person on the other end will still hear you clearly.
