How do you open it? We can't get the pump up!
Answer: We suggest that you try to loosen up or unscrew the Dial Soap collar and tighten it back. You can also try to push the pump using your palm then move it counter clockwise while applying pressure on it about ten times continuously. -

How to open the bottle?
Answer: Most times the lil pump didn't work so the whole top off or make some smaller bottles of it out of the big bottle.
