The bottle doesn't state that the product needs to be stored in the refrigerator, but storing it in the refrigerator may preserve it for much longer. The amount of Elderberry concentrate alone is not given, but in the Elderberry Apitherapy Formula which includes Elderberry concentrate, it is 6.2g per serving. There are 48 servings per container so the total amount is roughly 297.60g.
