Is the case original and new?
Answer: Definitely original and Definitely new excellent purchase. -

Has anyone used it for over 3 months without issues with the strap?
Answer: I have had mine since September 2021, no issues at all. -

What material is the strap made of?
Answer: I think it's just cheap nylon fabric. It's a piece of trash anyway, don't buy. -

Does the case enable the user to place an ID/bank card behind the strap?
Answer: Yes, but I would recommend using the Yoti app to carry ID at all times with biometric log in. -
Question:
Can I use only the case without the strap? The orange color strap is too bright for me.
Answer: Yes, it can be removed. However, you'll have a small lip on the back usually used to keep the strap in place, and nothing to hold the phone with. There are far cheaper alternatives out there if you don't want the strap. -
Question:
Does this affect wireless charging?
Answer: No, it works fine. -
Question:
How is the silicone with pockets, specifically jeans?
Answer: It fits snuggly in the pockets and doesn't slide out. I love this case. -
Question:
I bought this case and I find that it's not compatible for wireless charging. Is that right?
Answer: If you wiggle it around a bit, I find I can wireless charge.
