Metolius Active Protection Editorial Review
The Metolius Ultimate Daisy Chain has garnered positive acclaim from users who appreciate its design and functionality, particularly due to its unique approach of featuring individual loops instead of a single large loop stitched with smaller ones. This design choice enhances reliability by avoiding failures associated with improperly loaded loops, making it a safer option for climbers. Many reviews highlight the chain's utility in managing anchor points effectively, allowing users to clip at their desired lengths without the Constraints often found in other daisy chains. Additionally, users noted its lightweight build, which is an advantage when Considering travel and ease of use during climbs. Despite the positive feedback, some users pointed out a few drawbacks, such as the chain being slightly too long, which can lead to tangling or inconvenience during use. There's also mention of misleading product specifications regarding its strength rating, with some customers expressing concern about its suitability for certain applications due to this discrepancy. Color expectations also seemed to be a minor issue for users who received the product in a differing hue than anticipated. Overall, the Metolius Ultimate Daisy Chain is well-received, especially for its safety features and usability in climbing scenarios, though potential buyers should be wary of its length and product specifications. **
