  • Party Tents Direct introduces the 20' x 30' Weekender West Coast Frame Canopy Tent. This Event Tent was made for fast, easy setup and is perfect for at home events, backyard gatherings and other residential usage. You can use these party tents for both indoor and outdoor events, like vendor booths at trade shows, fairs, and other similar places. They also make great additions to parties, weddings, rehearsal dinners, bridal gatherings, baptisms, and more. West Coast Frame tents also do not require center poles, which provide optimal space inside the structure for guests and equipment. Our Weekender West Coast Frame Tents feature a sturdy 1.5 diameter galvanized steel frame and fittings, with the steel fittings manufactured from 1.25 schedule 40 steel pipe and finished with a zinc plating. What makes a West Coast Frame Tent special is that it's part of an expanding system. What this means is that you can increase the size of your tent by simply purchasing additional pipes, fittings and the correct size tent top, rather than replacing the entire tent as your spacial needs increase. The heavy duty tent top is made from a durable, translucent PVC vinyl material that's resistant to UV light, flame and 100% waterproof. They feature 1 heat-sealed overlap seams, and bungee ball ties to keep the top attached to the frame. There are also replaceable polyester sidewall ropes fastened with polyester webbing to allow for the addition of sidewalls (sold separately). Secure your tent properly with straps and ground pegs. The tent is not recommended to be left up in the wind, and never leave them up overnight, particularly with the roof and side panels on. Weather can be unpredictable, the installer/end use must incorporate their own judgment, common sense, and knowledge of local weather conditions in cooperation with our tent installation instruction guides. The installer is responsible for anticipating weather severity for proper setup time and installation. We do not recommend leaving our event tents set up in windy or adverse weather conditions. Do not allow water or snow to pond or pool on your tent top, as this weight can destroy the tent fabric, cause poles/base plates to sink into the ground, reduce the holding power of the stakes, or collapse the tent. Heavy winds can loosen the tension on ropes, ratchet straps, stakes or cause poles to shift or sink. Routine maintenance checks are required to maintain proper tension at all times. In the event of lightning, evacuate the tent immediately until the chance of lighting is no longer present. Event tents are not designed to carry ANY type of load from snow accumulation. These products should not be used if snow is present or they should be taken down if snow is expected for the area.
