It can be used by all nail types. The product is glossy, and it provides a protective layer to your nails and helps them grow stronger. It can be used as a base coat and a topcoat. The product tasted bitter, which is supposed to stop nail-biting but might not be effective in stopping nose picking. Feedback: Customers reported that this product lasted about 1-2 days if used alone and shorter if swimming was involved. It did not smell bad but tastes bitter. Using it as a base coat did not eliminate the bitter taste when used with other nail polish. It is recommended to use this product 2x a week.
