TECHEF's Onyx Collection 12" Wok/Stir-Fry pan is an excellent non-stick option for those cooking Asian inspired dishes. Made with new Teflon platinum non-stick coating, this pan is sturdy, easy to clean, and versatile. The wok has a narrow bottom and wide sides and comes with a glass lid that helps to seal the moisture in the dish. It can hold about 5 quarts and is great for a family of 4. This pan is also great for low oil usage, low splatter, and super aromatic cooking as foods won't stick and it is easy to move them around. Even though the pan can handle high heat, it is not dishwasher safe and requires hand-wash only. Customer Experience: From customer feedback, the Onyx Collection 12" Wok/Stir-Fry pan is a great non-stick option that works well for a variety of dishes. However, some customers reported a disappointing experience with the product's quality, with one customer experiencing a scratch on the inside rim even though they did not use any metal utensils. Another customer reported a noticeable difference in weight between the old and the new version of the pan, with the latter feeling much lighter.
