However, the shelves aren't removable or moveable, which could be a dealbreaker for some buyers. The cost-cutting is evident, but the quality is acceptable for the price point. The freezer is well-packaged and arrives on time, and in some cases, the driver brings it to the front door. The downside is that some buyers received the product with dents and bad odours. This situation caused inconvenience as it resulted in returning the item.
