The black color of the chain makes it an appealing option for those who enjoy customizing their jewelry with different pendants, allowing wearers to create a unique look. Customer feedback reflects general satisfaction with the quality and aesthetic appeal of the product, suggesting it represents good value for jewelry lovers. However, the necklace does come with some quality control concerns, particularly regarding the clasp. Some users encountered issues with the lobster clasp, leading to breakage within the first day of use. Despite these issues, the customer service from Lifetime Jewelry received high praise for their responsiveness, as they promptly sent replacements to customers facing problems. Another feedback point relates to the metal’s quality; users reported that the plating on some versions of the necklace wore off quickly, exposing the copper base and causing skin discoloration. This feedback indicates that while the design and feel of the necklace are generally well-received, there may be long-term durability concerns that potential buyers should Consider. In conclusion, while the necklace is favored for its design and versatility, potential buyers should be cognizant of the issues related to clasp durability and metal quality. **
