- The Daikin Oterra 9,000 BTU mini‑split heat pump runs on 230V and works well for spaces up to 400 sq. ft. It provides 9,000 BTUs of cooling and 10,000 BTUs of heating. The system is very energy efficient with ratings of 21 SEER2, 10.2 HSPF2, 12.5 EER2, and 4.06 COP. This package includes everything you need for installation: an indoor fan coil, an outdoor condenser pre‑charged with R32 refrigerant, a remote control, a 15 ft refrigerant line kit (1/4 x 3/8) with cables, and a wall mounting bracket. Enjoy features like adjustable airflow, ECO+ mode, Blue Fin protection, and a Titanium Apatite air purifying filter. A 12‑year manufacturer warranty is included.
