The LED Tower Light Station Kit is the perfect solution for your production and warehouse applications. This LED andon light kit, also known as a stacklight kit, includes everything you need to efficiently and effectively communicate machine status, quality or material requests, supervisor or maintenance calls, and more. The KT-5212-102 LED andon component kit features two bright 52mm LED lights in both red and green. These components are powered by 120VAC and have a power draw of less than 8 watts.
With a 3 position switch, you can easily toggle between steady, off, and flashing per color. In addition to the LED lights, this kit also includes an integrated buzzer for optional termination. This is a great feature for escalating alerts and ensuring that important messages are not missed. The LED andon kits or stacklight kits come complete with an ABS switch box, switches, cable glands, insulkrimp terminals, and labels. These kits are available in three different series: Continuous, Continuous/Flashing, and Continuous and Flashing.
The Continuous or Flashing LED light kits have a two-position toggle switch operation, while the Continuous and Flashing kits have a three-position toggle switch control per color. Please note that assembly and tools are not provided with this kit. You will need a Phillips head screwdriver, wire strippers, and a socket/mandrel for assembly. Some technical skills may be necessary, but don't worry - we also offer assembled versions in other series.
