Unfortunately, the dispenser does not have a filter inside and pouring water into a cup can be a bit difficult due to the lack of an additional base to elevate the dispenser. Despite the inconveniences mentioned above, many customers were satisfied with their purchase. One reviewer loved the taste of the water and was excited to try it out because it was the reason they purchased the dispenser. They also noted that it arrived very well packaged and in one piece. However, another reviewer mentioned that there were two holes in the dispenser, causing water to slowly drip from the bottom and bottom side.
