Dragons, Unicorns & Mythical Editorial Review
**** "Unicorns Are the Worst!" from the popular "The Worst! Series" has won the hearts of both children and parents alike, bringing laughter and charm to reading time. The book showcases a wonderfully imaginative narrative infused with humor and relatable characters that delight young readers. With its creative and visually captivating illustrations, the book serves as an ideal reading experience for families, prompting repeat requests from kids aged 3 to 6—testament to its enchanting storytelling and engaging artwork. Parents appreciate the book not only for its entertainment value but also for the empathetic lessons embedded within the tale. This makes it a perfect gift for young children, as demonstrated by one grandparent who noted it as a suitable choice for a 4-year-old girl. The humor resonates with adults too, ensuring that reading together is a fun experience for the entire family. Several readers have remarked on the engaging nature of the story, making it a favorite during events like the "Masked Reader" at school, where it was delivered dressed as unicorns, adding a playful twist to storytime. While the book has garnered widespread admiration, some parents have indicated minor concerns, such as one illustrative detail that might not sit well in every reading context. Nevertheless, these critiques are overshadowed by the book’s overall charm and appeal. In summary, "Unicorns Are the Worst!" offers a delightful reading journey filled with laughter, creativity, and relatable lessons that can be enjoyed by children and parents throughout many enjoyable reading sessions. **
