Using ice packs, how long does it keep food cold?
Answer: Not sure about food but using ice packs my beer was cold for over 12 hours!! -

Can this bag be washed (in a washing machine?) And if so, at what temp?
Answer: I haven't machine washed it, but a simple wipe out with hot soapy water on a wrung out cloth works as it is lined. If you get any smells, mix a couple of caps of white vinegar into hot soapy water and wipe out. Then dry with paper towel. Any lingering smells, use a couple of pieces of fresh charcoal in a porous bag to absorb smells. Hope this helps. -

What weight are the straps rated for, 24 cans average around 20kg, has anyone tested its weight limit?

Does it keep food warm for restaurant food delivery?
Answer: It's designed to keep food cold with cold blocks so is insulated for that purpose. I can't see why it would not keep food warm too. But as I have not used it for this, I can't be sure how long it would keep things hot. -

Is this one bigger than the one of 18 l? The one with 2 parts.
Answer: As it is not sectioned into 2 sections, you can fit big juice bottles in. Liter-wise I think it's the same. -

Planning to make food deliveries for ubereats with the bike and I'll need a backpack to carry the food. Anyone does deliveries with it?
Answer: I use it for deliveries though it's not very big. -

Does it keep items cool without ice packs?
Answer: It is quite thickly insulated with a reflective lining so if the items are already cold, it will retain this for a while. But if you want to keep things really chilled, you're better off with ice packs in there. -

Can it be folded to go in a suitcase?
Answer: No problem with folding it flat. It comes folded flat and is easy to replicate when not in use. -
Question:
Does it leak when ice is melting?
Answer: I only use sealed ice packs in mine, so I've had no leaks. Really pleased with my purchase, it's a good quality product.
