Amplicomms BigTel 1502 Cordless Big Button Phone for Elderly with Additional Handset - Loud Phones for Hard of Hearing for Seniors- Hearing Aid

**** The Amplicomms BigTel 1500 Cordless Big Button Phone aims to cater to the needs of the elderly and those with hearing impairments, and while it has garnered a mixed reception, many users appreciate its loud ringer and user-friendly design. Reviewers frequently highlight the impressive ringer volume, making it stand out from traditional cordless phones. Several customers note that the hands-free volume feature is notably robust, resembling a face-to-face conversation. However, the phone's performance is not without its criticisms. Some users have pointed out that while the ringer is loud, the clarity during calls may not meet the expectations set by its marketing, particularly for those with significant hearing challenges. A few customers reported frustration with the volume control, indicating that it could be confusing for less tech-savvy individuals due to poor instructions or a lack of intuitive usability in some areas. Overall, the BigTel 1500 has been well-received by certain individuals who prioritize loud ringing and ease of use in setup, but it may not be the most suitable option for all users, particularly those with severe hearing difficulties. Frequent feedback suggests that while the phone has its strengths, improvements in call sound quality and clearer operational instructions could enhance the experience for a broader range of customers. **
