Answer: The canopy diameter is 3 meters. -

How much does the parasol base weigh when filled?
Answer: The base weighs 62kg when filled with water and 80kg when filled with sand. -

Can the parasol be stored during winter?
Answer: Yes, it is recommended to disassemble and store the parasol during winter to prolong its life. -

What are the dimensions of the base unit?
Answer: Without measuring it I’m not certain, I live on the coast, can get very windy but it’s more than adequate. It’s a great product, we are more than pleased with it. Two of my close family have been and looked at it, and purchased the same. -

Does it come with the weights?
Answer: Yes, it comes with weights but you need to fill them up with either water or sand. We used water and it appears to be sufficient. -

What UV sun protection does this provide? Is it UV50+?
Answer: I have no idea! It provides shade, I'm guessing UV rays will still pass through. Wearing sunscreen while sitting under this parasol will give added protection. It's a great parasol, we love it! Using every day now in this heat. -

Is the height adjustable when not tilted? If so, what is the minimum and maximum height please?
Answer: As you adjust the canopy up or down, it starts to tilt. When it's fully up, it goes flat overhead and is approx 10ft high. As you lower it, it doesn't stay flat, it starts to tilt. So there is no 'minimum' height so to speak. Beware when tilting too far as it acts like a sail in breezy or windy conditions! I love mine and its big enough to almost cover my entire patio area,,,handy for when I had a trestle table up and was painting doors on when there was a light shower. I keep mine covered whenever not in use. It's stayed outside covered up (good quality cover with a lifting pole inside, next to the zip.) I've opened it today, after using it last about 9/10 months ago, and it's as good as new. My base sections are filled with water and I've also put plant pots on top to add extra weight. -

Answer: Yes, it swivels. Great bit of kit. I put extra weight on the feet. -

Answer: I believe so, as I've been using the cover for the last 3 summers.
